Simple and sturdy, these attractive, one-of-a-kind
boxes are handcrafted from reclaimed old-growth redwood. Each box
is a unique tribute to a tree that may have stood for over a thousand
years! I simply love making these boxes.
The rare old-growth wood used for
these boxes was gathered from stumps, mill remnants, and old lumber.
Other complementary woods are occasionally added to enhance a designs,
although redwood is always the dominant wood. Each box has a hinged
lid and is lightly sanded and hand-rubbed with finishing oil. Use
them to store jewelry, office supplies, or anything!
Sizes?
Boxes range from small (about
3x3x3) $12; to medium (about 4x4x4) $14; to large (about
5x5x5) $16. Shipping and handling is $6 per box.
